Política de reembolso

Digital items: due to the instant download nature of digital products, these aren't eligible for returns or exchanges. If you encounter problems with your digital download, please contact us for help resolving issues with the download. 

Physical products: we accept returns for 30 days, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless a product arrives damaged. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition when returned.  

Stickers: due to the nature of the sticker products, we cannot accept returns on stickers that have been used. However, if your stickers arrive misprinted or damaged, please contact us so we can arrange for new stickers to be sent. 

Damaged or misprinted products: if you received your products with misprints or damage, please contact us and send photos of the damage or misprints so we can make needed corrections with our print vendors.
