Refunds and exchanges

Digital items: due to the instant download nature of digital products, these aren't eligible for returns or exchanges. If you encounter problems with your digital download, please contact us for help resolving issues with the download. 

Physical products: we accept returns for 30 days, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless a product arrives damaged. We accept returns and exchanges, please ensure that the product is in the original condition when returned.
